mArbETH is a tokenised share class structured to track the performance of Hyperithm's investment fund in ETH. The fund is managed by Hyperithm, acting as the appointed fund manager, with subscriptions and redemptions processed on monthly dealing dates. Investor protection is provided through a dedicated security agent structure, and access is subject to KYC/AML verification and wallet whitelisting.
