The Fund invests exclusively in cash, short-term U.S. Treasury securities (including Treasury bills, notes, and other obligations issued or guaranteed by the U.S. Treasury with maturities of 93 days or less), and overnight repurchase agreements collateralized by U.S. Treasuries. The portfolio is managed in accordance with Rule 2a-7 under the Investment Company Act of 1940, maintaining a dollar-weighted average maturity of 60 days or less and a dollar-weighted average life of 120 days or less.
